How to Maintain Schedule in Booktics

Schedule Settings

In Booktics, you can define a default appointment duration to maintain a consistent schedule across your services and help manage team availability efficiently.

How to Set Default Appointment Duration:

  1. Go to Booktics → Settings → Schedule → Schedule Settings.
  2. Change the time and you can add mulitple stimes.
  3. Click Save Change to apply the new default.

Set Intervals Time

In Booktics, you can define specific working hours for selected days using the Set Intervals Time feature. This allows for greater flexibility in your scheduling system.

How to Configure:

  1. Navigate to Booktics → Settings → Schedule.
  2. Scroll to the Set Intervals Time section.
  3. Set unique working hours for specific days (e.g., 10 min ,20min).
  4. Toggle Show Appointment End Time if you want to display the end time of each appointment on the booking form.

Holidays & Days Off

In Booktics, you can block specific dates to ensure no bookings are allowed during holidays or unavailable periods.

How to Set Holidays:

  1. Go to Booktics → Settings → Schedule.
  2. Scroll down to the Holidays & Days Off section.
  3. Click to set custom holiday dates.
  4. Enter one or more dates you want to block (e.g.,
    2025-05-22, 2025-05-23, 2025-06-16, 2025-06-17).
  5. Save changes to apply the blocked dates.

Days With Custom Schedules

In Booktics, you can set specific working hours for individual days—useful for handling events, peak times, or temporary changes in availability.

How to Configure:

  1. Navigate to Booktics → Settings → Schedule.
  2. Scroll to Days With Custom Schedules.
  3. Click to set a custom date and time.
  4. Select the date (e.g., 2025-05-23) and define your preferred working hours for that day. You can add multiple schedules for the same day if needed.
  5. Save your settings.
