General Settings

Appointment Settings

Manage global rules for all appointments from here.

Statuses

Select the current status to manage appointments more efficiently (e.g., Pending, Approved, Completed, etc.).

Statuses that Block Timeslot

Choose which appointment statuses should block a time slot.
For example:

  • If “Pending” or “Approved” is selected, that time will no longer be available for other users.
  • Useful for avoiding double bookings.

This ensures that important statuses lock in the booking time, keeping the schedule consistent.

Rescheduling Settings

Configure how customers can reschedule their appointments, along with restrictions and status changes.

Options:

  • Allow customers to reschedule their bookings
    Toggle this option to let customers modify their appointment time.
  • Set restriction on when customer can reschedule
    Specify how early (e.g., at least 4 minutes before) the appointment must be rescheduled.
  • Change status after rescheduling
    Define what the appointment status will be after rescheduling (e.g., Approved, Pending).

These settings help you manage booking flexibility while keeping control over your schedule.

Cancellation Settings

Configure how and when customers can cancel their appointments, including restrictions.

Options:

  • Allow customers to cancel their bookings
    Enable this option to let users cancel their appointments.
  • Set restriction on when customers can cancel
    Define the minimum notice period (e.g., must cancel at least a certain number of minutes before the appointment start time).

These settings help prevent last-minute cancellations and ensure better time management for your team.

Currency Settings

Configure how prices are displayed throughout your booking platform.

Options:

  • Select Preferred Currency
    Choose the main currency used for all prices (e.g., USD, EUR).
  • Price Symbol Position
    Decide whether the currency symbol appears before or after the amount (e.g., $100 or 100$).
  • Price Separator
    Select the formatting style for decimal and thousand separators (e.g., 1,000.00 or 1.000,00).
  • Number of Decimals
    Set how many decimal places to display in prices (e.g., 2 for showing 100.00).

⚠️ Note: Make sure your selections comply with your local currency format and payment gateway standards.

Branding Color

Customize the appearance of your booking interface by choosing brand-specific colors.

Options:

  • Primary Color
    Set the main color used across buttons, highlights, and key elements.
  • Secondary Color
    Set the complementary color used for accents and secondary UI elements.

Both color fields support transparency settings if you want to maintain a minimal or blended look.

Date & Time

Configure how date and time are displayed and handled in your booking system.

Options:

  • Date Format
    Choose the preferred format for displaying dates (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY).
  • Set Timezone
    Define your business’s local timezone to ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Time Format
    Select between 12-hour or 24-hour time display.
  • First Day of the Week
    Choose which day your calendar starts on (e.g., Sunday or Monday).
