Outlook Calendar integration allows you to automatically sync Booktics bookings to your Microsoft Outlook calendar. After setup, every appointment or service booking will appear in your Outlook calendar, helping you manage schedules easily.
Outlook Calendar Integration Setup
To use the Outlook Calendar integration, you need a Microsoft account that can be used to log in to the Microsoft Azure Portal. A Microsoft account connected to an Outlook account is supported by default. Otherwise, you will need to sign up for an Azure Portal account.
Step 1: Go to the Microsoft Azure Portal, search for “App registrations”, and select the App registrations option.

Step 2: After opening the App registrations page, click on New registration.

Step 3: Enter your application name, select the supported account types, and add a Redirect URL under the Web platform. Then click the Register button to continue.
Note: You can get the Redirect URL from Booktics → Settings → Integrations → Outlook Calendar. Enable Outlook, click the Configure button, copy the Redirect URL, and paste it into the application Redirect URL field.

Step 4: After registration, click on “Add a certificate or secret“.

Step 5: Enter the client secret description and expiration period, then create the secret and copy the Client Secret Value. This value will be used in your Booktics connection settings.

Step 6: From the application overview page, copy the Application (Client) ID and paste it into the Booktics settings.

Step 7: After adding the Client ID and Client Secret Value in the settings, click the Connect button.

Step 8: Once the verification is completed, the Outlook calendar will be connected successfully.

Booking Sync with Outlook Calendar
Once the Outlook Calendar is successfully connected from the Booktics settings, any time a customer books an appointment or service, the booking details will automatically appear in the Outlook Calendar.
