In the Timetics plugin, an email notification is available for new bookings, booking cancelations, rescheduled bookings, and reminder emails before meetings.
Navigate to Timetics -> Settings and Notifications tab for enabling email notifications.
After booking made
When any booking is made with their calendar event, the guest and host will get an email with links. So, to get this email, you have to enable the email option.
You can also configure the email body by clicking the “Configure Email” link. A popup will appear and you have to insert the necessary information for the email body.
After booking canceled
If any booking will be canceled the guest and host will also get an email for cancelation. You have to enable the option for getting an email from the settings.
After booking rescheduled
If any booking will change the schedule, the guest and host will also get an email for the rescheduled meeting. You have to enable the option for getting an email from the settings.
Reminder before meeting
You can send the reminder email before starting the meetings. You can set the custom time for the day/hour/min before starting the meetings.
Also, enable the email from the settings for getting the email as a reminder.
